“Biggest Loser” (Weight Loss Challenge)

Free register. Individual, pair, or threesome teams to be predetermined. Includes: 24 meetings per year.

  • 8-12 week weight loss challenge
  • Group meetings twice a month (hosted onsite by EFS Personal Training) & 20-30min discussion of accomplishments and struggles followed by team weigh ins
  • Leader board and winner determined on total % of team weight loss
  • Email updates
  • Prizes* for 1st, 2nd, 3rd place winners

Health and Fitness Newsletter Email Blasts

EFS prepared weekly health and fitness newsletter. Introduced with subscription invite. Includes: Weekly 48 newsletter emails per year or 2x/month 24 newsletter emails per year

EFS Biometrics Screenings

Quarterly or 6 month health screenings. Prevention, and “next step” information provided to participants seeking assistance with readings. Includes: Quarterly 4 meeting per year or 6 month 2 meeting per year.

EFS Personal Training Nutrition and Fitness Seminars
