Pico De Gallo


6 Roma Tomatoes

1/2 Large Red Onion

1 Jalapeno

1/2 Bunch Cilantro

1 Lime (juiced)

Salt and pepper to taste


Dice tomtatoes, onion, jalapeno, and cilantro.

Toss the diced tomatoes, red onion, jalapeno, and cilantro together. Add the juice of a half a lime and add salt and pepper to taste. Store in the fridge.
