1. Set realistic goals. What is healthy? What is not healthy?
2. Set appointments with yourself. Make time to eat and workout every day. If you get hungry, you’re going to overeat. So make sure you cut out time in your day, every day.
3. Find an accountability buddy. Someone with similar goals and interest as you to do this together.
4. Create a roadmap for success. Follow a nutrition program or workout program to get directly what you want out of your goals.
5. Consult with a professional. Get someone involved that knows what they are doing. They can set the road map for you and lay our all of your goals with you to make sure you succeed.
